Programs

- preserving a healthy heritage by keeping rural traditions in urban places -

 2012

UFMSS hosts several free garden programs
in order to achieve our goals of food production in urban areas.

We provide learning facilities for the community to develop gardening skills and to learn about local food systems; how to develop secure social networks and the benefits of sharing the food we grow.

Everyone is welcome to join our free pop-in program- We do ask that if you enjoy the program to support UFMSS work by joining our society, volunteering, or giving a donation. Any gardeners under 8 need to be accompanied by a guardian.
